your main problem is not 485. it is your ability to work legally. with your 140 busted, you have no basis to extend h1b beyond 6 years.

I'd go file 485 as your hubby's dependent immediately and apply ead same time. that seems to be the only way to save your ass.

by the way, why in the hell did you want to withdraw your own 140? and 140 should be withdrawn by your employer, not you.
