登陆归来新疑问

昨天在buffalo登陆的，移民官有问我们是不是这次就搬家，因为行李少，只好老实答不是，过一段时间再来。她就说等下次来时再申请枫叶卡，还给了我们表格。今天早上我们倒是申请到了social insurance number,说两道三星期寄到。我的问题是我们能不能直接在网上申请，然后写朋友的地址。当时移民官说枫叶卡要本人去拿的，请问是这样的吗？
另外要是枫叶卡一定要本人再来时申请，我们怎么再入境呢？
