转F 一般会收到两封信. 一个是盖章的I-20, 有起始日期.另一个是有I-94的APPROVAL NOTICE.
移民局REGULATION 有规定: F 只有在开学前30天内才能入镜.因此没法给你I-94.他们处理得太快了.
你现在应该还是H1B. 有两个办法. 1) 是12/3 号后出境签, 在第三国签应问题不大. 2)再申请.
