called my local office and the lady was able to see my
files on her computer, she told me

1) I was H1B on the date of I-539 approval, and I am
still showing my status as H1B now;

2) She said the process of producing the I-94 card
will take a little time and she THINKS the card will
be mailed to me;

good thing is, she said she knows for sure that I am
now in H1B status. however, she can not see any of
I-94 information from her system.

Will this be sufficient and i can go to work on Monday
without worrying too much?

I am thinking that if I don't receive a card in the next
week or so call 1-800 number to ask for a reference
number. Is this a acceptable plan?
