我第一个DS2019是2003年7月（登陆时间是7月）到

2006年5月，我5月申请延期，延了8个月，2006年6月到2007年1月。我的申请材料最后在6月初由领事馆递交到纽约大使馆的，8月底有favorable recomm. letter发出。请问我这种情况还要办第二个waiver吗？谢谢。
