这个问题很有意思，好像总有人说，中国的EB3不可以同时

递I140和485，但我们的律师却给我们同时递了。而且我们先后做了指纹，一个已经得到EAD，另一个正在等。

但问题是，I140却时隔9个月未批，不知道是否与同时递有关。而且SPOUSE的CASE是被来回退了好几次，才终于被收件。

很希望有经验的朋友帮忙分析一下这个问题：到底EB3的I140和485能否同时递？
