I485 mistakenly accepted by USCIS may cause unpredictable consequence depending on your luck. Some officers will just let it slide and you enjoy all the benefits, but some other picky officers may denied your I-485 outright due to your untimely filing, which may lead to troublesome status problem if you don't keep non-immigrant status anymore.
