十万火急,请求帮助!

先简单介绍一下我的情况,一年多前持H1来美国,在某大学做博士后,现在老板没有钱了,6月份不会签下一年的合同了.我该怎么办?我只有3个月的时间找工作,但不能保证肯定找到.我应该如何维持身份呢?我想最后实在不行,就去读书,转F1,是不是随便在个社区大学选够一定的学分就可以办F1呢?还是要成绩单,考托福什么的,正式录取,才能转F1.那我就来不及了.我现在非常着急,希望好心人给我指条出路.谢谢了!
