对 于 什 么 条 件 下 可 以 录 取 ， 每 个 学 校 有 不 同 的 policy,并 非 每 所 大 学 都 要 托 福 成 绩 及 成 绩 单 ， 不 过 你 已 是 post-doc,如 读 较 低 程 度 的 major,移 民 局 有 可 能 在 申 请 I-539 转 换 时 找 麻 烦 ，如 碰 到 这 种 情 况 你 要 能 够 合 理 地 解 释 你 的 计 划 。 申 请 转 F1 之 前 ， 必 须 拿 到 新 的 学 校 录 取 的 I-20 ， 如 果 时 间 上 来 不 及 ， 可 以 先 底 一 个 I-539 申 请 转 为 B2，( 其 实 是 转 不 下 来 的 ， 但 因 递 上 去 到 处 理 到 有 3-6 个 月 时 间 ，这 期 间 因 案 子 pending,仍 算 合 法 居 留 ， 可 以 用 来 打 时 间 差 )， 在 得 到 I-20 后 再 递 一 个 转 F1 的 I-539 即 可 。
