这个关于LC申请的广告问题有人知道吗？

听说通过perm办绿卡在刚开始申请labor cert.的时候用的招工广告需要是当初办h1b时用的广告，是真的吗？这样一来那h1工作的这几年经验，职位变化什么的不都没用了？如果刚开始的广告只是个很general的招工广告，那岂不是根本不可能办下来labor cert.了？到底是怎样的？
