uscis官网更新了，绿卡进程

问几个问题：
1、现在情况下，开始动手准备140，自己准备3个月能搞定并递交吗？（推荐信没有1封，只有3－5个目标推荐人，需要扩充独立推荐人）
2、如果找律师，能加快进程吗？（手上有1－2封律师给的推荐信模板）
3、uscis上EB1 or已经到2005年9月了，好像比EA快，作为工业界的researcher是否走OR比较好？
4、如果140批了，大概要等多久才能申485？半年一年？还是3－5年？
5、如果140批了，在没递485的情况下，换工作还是要申请新的H1b对吗？还是说只有140的情况下，只能窝在原地等485？已经批了的140应该不受影响吧？

本人在nebraska center，engineering，有paper，在业界一二的公司做R&D。刚工作，想自己找律师办绿卡了，不想等到年底公司统一办，大公司动作太慢。
