1、eb1a or 是否指学校的researcher？
eb1b or 是指非教授的研究者？

eb1b needs sponsorship (your company). eb1a can be filed by yourself. for the eligibility of these 2 categories, refer to http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/eligibility.htm

2、是否可以这样理解：只要没雇主sponsor的eb1/eb2/niw申请，都可以在140批准后换工作。如果是niw自己sponsor，可换工但不能换行业？
first, niw belongs to EB1
for eb1a and NIW (eb2), you can change any time
for eb1b (or) or eb2 (labor), your have to wait for 180 days I485 pending after the approval of I140.
but all should be in the same field.

3、现在的排期只是485吧？就是没排到都不能递。对140也有排期吗？准备好了就可以递吧？
right for I485, no retrogression for I140.

4、现在对印度中国的绿卡申请有名额限制吗？是否名额满了就停了，140也不会批准？
140 will be approved. see 3.

5、uscis上485批准日期，有一项单独的indochinese adjustment act的排期，现在已经进到2005年10月之后了，如果这个进程进到现在，是否意味不需排期直接可以递485了？
