1: 时间够呛,HB1 OR要证明你有能耐,不比NIW证明你对美国有用,材料要非常的充分.
2: 律师只会增加时间,但有他的好处.
3: uscis上EB1 or已经到2005年9月了,是非中国印度的没有排期的人的最快时间.工业界的researcher走OR可以,但有特使证明,及单位资格证明.
4: 现在看来一般2年,去决你的实力+运气:半年到无穷.
5: 如果EB1B OR,在拿到GC前都不得换工作,即使I-140批了.如果EB1A和NIW就可以,EB1B班(OR)或EB3则不可以.
