LC如果现在批下来，是不是等于通知离境？

H1明年5月就满6年了，如果在下面几个月LC批下来，那是不是意味着不能申请延期第7年的H1？因为如果LC批下来，马上申请I140的话，I140如果在申请延期第7年H1之前没有批下来，申请I140的时间又不到1年，是不是意味着不能申请H1的第7年延期？

仔细阅读了几个律师对H1第7年延期的说明，还是没有理解象我这样的情况会是怎样？刚才发贴请教，两位朋友的说法也不一样，真是非常困惑，如果有知道，麻烦告知，非常感谢。
