我去看了，也看了你的回帖，是不是第一条总结可以补充为

1，如果LC申请超过一年以上(no result yet or approved) 或是I-140申请超过一年以上(no result yet)，H-1B六年之后的延期总共只有三年，而且是一年一延。 （如果H1B6年之后的延期3年之内1-140还没有批准，H1-B的一年延一年还可以再申请）

因为就看第一条的话，感觉一年延1年的3年到了，就不能延了。
