To summary:

1，如果LC申请超过一年以上(no result yet or approved) 或是I-140申请超过一年以上(no result yet)，H-1B六年之后的延期总共只有三年，而且是一年一延。

2，如果I-140已经批准，正在等名额，可以一次延三年，但是没有时间的限制。

3，I-485已经申请，可以因此提出H-1B的延期，每次一年没有时间的限制，直到I-485结果出来。
