我说的3-4个月，是从最开始的劳工部的PWD开始算，我已经是premium processing，我知道case submit到USCIS之后，只需要15天就会得到答复，但这之前，还有PWD等一系列程序。学校有移民律师。
-PWD for H-1 B only takes a few minutes online (not need DOL approval), and this is different from the PWD for PERM (for immigration petition). Then, LCA takes about one week to 10 days, and it may take one extra week for your school to prepare the documents. That is all. It seems the lawyer your school hired is not experienced.
