比如说先批的H1B是12／15日在公司A上班，后来的H1B是明年1/2日在公司B上班. 在什么情况下可以保证两个H-1B都有效？!

-Both H1 approvals are valid, but if you only work for one of sponsors, then another is not effective. You have to work for the h1 sponsor to keep your h1 status with the employer. Of course, your h1 status is valid as long as you work for one of the sponsors.
