还是 "change of employer"? I have a H-1B for company C until the end of this month!

-Choose " Change of employer". By the way, do you want to work for both Company A and B at the same time? If no, you had better only ask one of them to file the H1 transfer for you. You do not need to waste another sponsor's money and energey to file the H1 petition because it is not professional, right?
