有两家公司在同时办H1B，先被批准的H1B会不会被后批准的H1B给作废了?!

比如说先批的H1B是12／15日在公司A上班，后来的H1B是明年1/2日在公司B上班. 在什么情况下可以保证两个H-1B都有效？! Thanks!
