part-time h1b - 请教白兔、radio、txkitty以及其他高人

请见上面旧贴。花了些时间做作业，仍然一头雾水。还是对pjiang的回答持保留意见。核心问题是：在full-time h1B已经六年期满提出延期（基于approved 140 and pending 485）的情况下，同时持有的part-time h1b（理论上讲此时也应期满）能否延？怎么延？法律基础是什么？再次提出来请教白兔、radio、txkitty以及其他高人。谢谢。
