周末的日式大餐 ，中式简餐，西式下午茶。

又周末了，经过日本超市，顺便买了生鱼片。三文鱼的卷寿司，金枪鱼的直接吃。配点新鲜的蔬菜，整餐无油。

一个人的简单下午茶，附蛋糕卷的做法

晚餐，中式简餐。去日本超市，亚洲超市就在附近，一并逛了。活鱼是必买的，今天的这条有点大，但也光盘了。空心菜是新鲜菜，今年第一次吃。
