你还是到一边歇着吧。下面说的情况前提是如果有人400买了还“hold” 到现在. 不要断章取义

If someone is willing to hold a 400 entry price stock for 3 years, he/she would be an idiot for not DCA down. 

If he/she lost confidence in stock, it would have been sold at 300, or 250, or 200 long ago, instead of "still holding" the shares.

So many clueless post on this forum, it just makes people laugh
