对于华为问题，我认为中国政府不会有大动作反击

首先，有120天的期限。到时候给不给台积电许可还是未知，中国方面姿态是要做，具体行动不会有。

第二，华为有一年备货，短期不会有问题。

第三，年内国产光刻机将能够实现7纳米制程，华为有备胎。所以，没有必要冲突升级。只要华为能抗的住，中国政府不会有大动作。

不管怎么说，高通美光长远看都是不乐观。
