The technology already solved:

it is an universal protein antigen detection system, basically, using immunoprecipitation to specific capture any protein antigen, then shift the antigen to indirect ELISA to specific detect the antigens;

On the chip, may antigens from many pathogens could be detect specifically together, side by side with specific pathogen protein antigen standards.

example of applications:
a patient with high fever or long time fever. get a drop of blood, to find what kind of the pathogen within 1h, then start treatment on the target....
