It seems currently in this field are focusing on detection of antibody response of disease, as it is very simple.
However, except immuno disorders, the pathogen antigens are more directly correlated with diseases, thus a chip technology to detect protein antigens would be more useful for disease diagnosis and for treatment.
anyone has comments on future 蛋白质芯片技术 in diagnosis?
