我怎么没有看出来对SINA怎么好?

SNDA买了19%的SINA,何况已经买了，那对SINA有什么大好吗?
表明他们要合并? 那也没什么嘛，SNDA又不是yhoo, 或者goog,有那么激动人心吗? 哪位可以给讲讲?
