SNDA used half of cash to buy 20% SINA. Now SNDA is in debt. No american company will do this kind of purchase. There are many questions remaining for two companies. SNDA now is 30 and SINA is 27 - 28. Where is the upside? By the way, all the chinese internet companies stock are going down. I do not think this matter will change because of this act.

Therefore, SNDA stock price will go down next week along with SINA.
