I received a text last night from the tenant letting me know that you have reached out to them about the deck. I emailed you the pictures they sent me. With that, please let me know before you try reaching out with the tenants. They don't know who you are (part of the reason you hired us) and it confused them. May I ask why you reached out to the tenants at all? That is not a typical thing owners do who we manage for, as it has created problems in the past that made our job harder than it already is.
PM doen't let me contact tenant. any problems this PM?

有时候不一定全部是PM问题。因为有时候房子旧了很多问题不同时间出来租客不是一次汇报。PM只会头疼治头,脚痛治脚
