The PM needs repair house every month. I'm tired for that.

 In the month, I tried to find out that this is true or not. The PM said: 

 "I did receive a work order though in regard to some of the wood on the deck beginning to rot and warp due to the age. I am having a maintenance tech go over and take a look. Typically it would just include replacing a few boards that need to be replaced and should not be hefty fix. I will keep you posted as I get more information. Let me know if you have any questions, thank you!"
