收到Broker的 回复了，说: the rate posted on web page is a mistake, $3600 is the right number; the $6595 depost is also a mistake, it shoud be one month of rent. 

唉，这broker当的， 还有这么随意mistake的。租房子就这俩 big numbers，全是错的！幸亏认真看了一下。。。
