closing one week in order to understand more. That was quite a few years ago. That house was forclosed via deed in lieu. I guess that bank did want liability after sale although everything was good on chain of titles up to that sale. Title company told me I could sell as full warranty deed. (shit, why do I need to risk bank does not want to take? lol)
