房客说每次淋浴热水开后三分钟会变温水，但洗脸池的热水一直热，热水炉三年新，会是什么问题？

房客说这几天刚变成这样，即使把热水开到最大，还是几分钟后就变成温水。但卫生间洗脸盆的热水一直是热的，感觉不像是热水炉的问题。而且热水炉是三年新的，不应该这么快就坏了。

 

第一次遇到这种情况，想不出原因，大家帮看看，谢谢。
