整件事情从开始就做错了--房东是个职业，您把它个人感情化了。现在只能付出代价了：1.请律师应对，房子不卖他们；

2. 还是卖给他们，但是情感上收到伤害。如果对方坚持你出律师费，恐怕还有财产上的损失。
