下水管总管堵了，请教地下室地面的污水如何处理？另值得找保险公司吗？

房客报告说地下室的管子漏水，地面已积了水, 我要相熟的plumber 公司去了。刚才房客说，plumber告诉他们是管子堵了污水他们不能清走，要找人来清，我才知道是sewage管道堵了。房客一直没提到地面的积水有气味，我原以为是水管漏了。请问这样的污水要如何清理，找什么公司？1500sqft大概多少费用？谢谢

 

不知道是否需要找保险公司？保了多年从没有用过，但近几年保费仍然大涨，有2500的deductible 。现在两个plumber已去了几个小时，估计账单也有一千多了，就看清理要花多少钱
