关于升舱的问题

我刚刚订好AA的舱班回上海，想去看看升舱的选项，结果发现来回中美的两趟舱班都没有给任何升舱选项，cash offer都没有，更别说点数了。但明明刚刚订票的时候商务舱还有挺多位置的。

这是怎么回事？
