急问一个Eb3转EB2的问题。

急问一个Eb3转EB2的问题。今天我刚知道EB2的排期大前进，我的pd是07年7月份但是eb3.所以急着想看能不鞥新办个EB2。我以前咨询过公司律师，她说的是，如果我想办EB2，就要重新file一个perm，但是我必须要是在加入我们公司之前就满足这个EB2 perm的资格。现在我的问题就是，我不知道如果现在我办EB2，perm要以我现在的工作title办吗？因为从我办EB3开始到现在都升过职了，以我现在的title办perm，我肯定没有办法满足我加入公司以前就符合条件。但是如果按我之前升职前的title办，这样可行吗？
