急问一个Eb3转EB2的问题。今天我刚知道EB2的排期大前进，我的pd是07年7月份但是eb3.所以急着想看能不鞥新办个EB2。我以前咨询过公司律师，她说的是，如果我想办EB2，就要重新file一个perm，但是我必须要是在加入我们公司之前就满足这个EB2 perm的资格。

------ 不同意你律师的意见，我觉得你只需要在file这个新的EB2 PERM 之前（不是进公司之前），满足新的EB2 PERM资格就行。 这个理解如果有错误，请皮匠， 8老师指正。

-What the lawyer meaned is that you can not use the working expeirence in the same company to apply for the EB2 PERM position and this is true. If you have Master's degree and that will be fine for Eb2 as long as the position rquires Master's degree. If you only have bachelor degree, you have to have 5 years of related working experience before you joined this company. Of course, you can use this working experience in this company for the EB2 sponsored by another company.

现在我的问题就是，我不知道如果现在我办EB2，perm要以我现在的工作title办吗？因为从我办EB3开始到现在都升过职了，以我现在的title办perm，我肯定没有办法满足我加入公司以前就符合条件。但是如果按我之前升职前的title办，这样可行吗？
