The rule is that experience and education gained at the sponsoring employer cannot be used towards meeting the EB-2 requirements.

 

If you had the EB-2 qualifying education and experience BEFORE joining your current employer, then your employer may be able to sponsor you for a position which normally requires a master's degree or a bachelor's plus 5 years of progressive work experience. Assuming this is the case, you should be able to file EB-2.

 

如果你现在工作的Title 的学历和工作经验要求超过了你进这家公司时的学历和工作经验，那你就要按照你进公司前的学历和工作经验来重新设计一个match EB2 的Title （看看有没有和你现在干的相近的，工作经验要求低点的）-----这只局限同一个雇主的情况，如果你换个雇主申请EB2 PERM， 你在现在这个雇主的工作经验是可以用到的。
