俺研究了一种超声波清洗地毯的方法，想开个地毯清洁公司。

自己觉得采用超声波清洁地毯比起目前美国通用的高压开水蒸汽清洗地毯效果好，
也节省能源。又因为失业很长时间了，重新回到大学当教授搞科研很难。所以想开
个夫妻店，专门为人清洗地毯，不满意不收钱。是否值得一试？ 法律上有什么值得
注意的地方？开地毯清洁公司需要什么 qualification/certification 吗？ 有哪些地方需要小心，不惹上官司？谢谢！
