从中国进一些美国品牌的货物来卖

请问如果从中国进一些美国品牌的货物来卖,合法不合法? 比如美国印的书和碟之类的,如果从国内进那些外贸出口的书,然后自己卖,算不算违法?我看到淘宝上有很多在卖外贸原单的东西,价格当然差好多倍了.
