Grey import 是可以的，必须是中美同时销售的产品

举个例子，你从中国P&G买肥皂到美国卖是可以的。只要有顾客买就行。 P&G不会告你的。

你从外贸厂进原单书和碟，厂里不会卖你的。淘宝买的，这个你没有授权的，中国不容易出关，到了美国卖，小量没问题，量大了有版权人告你。

所以Grey import 选项目很重要。必须要中美都同时在销售的，不过一般肯定美国便宜。

在中国不内销的，拿到美国销售，这个不是grey import,是侵权。
