请教个开公司的问题

我想在业余时间在网上买卖东西，注册个公司，也可以省些税？
请问各位大侠们：象我这种情况该考虑注册个什么样的公司。是否也要像国内一样注明经营范围。税上的优惠主要在哪里呢？
