刚刚搞定Delaware LLC，State注册费90，加Copy费30，不过按State规定你需要一个当地的Agent，我就是找的Harvard http://www.delawareinc.com/，打个电话，找Karen，就说你只要他们的Agent服务，一年50。你不需要他们的Package。整个过程太容易了。
