最高法院允许这些人上联邦法庭申诉与审理，麦肯不同意这个判决，因为这些人不是美国公民，而是武装攻击美国人的外国恐怖分子，不能等同于公民在联邦法庭的权利，不能大肆浪费纳税人的钱。所有人都知道，联邦法庭的案件耗时巨久。
这些事实与原文中的对麦肯的攻击根本牛头不对马嘴，却被左派分子＂指鹿为马＂，混淆视听。
而奥巴马最擅长见风使舵，凡是最高法院判决的都说好，哪怕立即改变立场。比如，奥巴马一直支持华盛顿DC的禁枪法是符合宪法规定的, 但是当六月份最高法院裁定该法违宪后, 奥巴马立即改变立场, 支持DC拥枪, 背叛了DC禁枪民众对他的支持。
建议：多做些调查研究，不要上当受骗。
