血压、血糖和血脂参考值（潜水员也发贴庆祝新版主上任！）

 

    来过常青坛几次，为的是看大名鼎鼎的花姐（加州花坊）的插花。很喜欢这里的温馨和平静。很久没来了，突然在首页上读到三位新版主的上任贴，潜水员也贴三张图，庆祝新版主上任。提醒中年后注意“三高症”（高血压、高血糖、高血脂）。平时着重预防：健康饮食、加强锻炼/控制体重、年度体检/平时自测（血压血糖）。祝大家健康、快乐！
