用 dehydrator 做了一次试验

昨天买了一个多层的 dehydrator （干燥器），切了三根 zucchini， 两根 yellow squash， 放了点 蒜粉和白胡椒，少许盐，放了一晚上，早上看到蔬菜片还不错，是脆的，就是太辣了，水分干了缩的太小。

蔬菜不便宜，一般是不合算的，只是想试试，有时外出可以带，当零食不错。
