好吃更易做的牛油果酱 (guacamole)

牛油果酱（guacamole）

 

除了小洋葱以外的所有用料

 

用料：

2个熟透的牛油果，1个小洋葱（shallot），1小勺孜然粉（cumin powder），1小勺芫荽粉（corriander powder），1／2小勺盐，1 1／2小勺苹果醋（apple cider vinegar）

做法：

小洋葱剥皮，切成小粒

牛油果切成两半，用刀砍在核上，一转连带核拔出，用勺挖肉装碗

用叉子把牛油果肉碾碎，拌入苹果醋，孜然粉，芫荽粉，盐，拌匀

就这样，做好了，容易吧
