接下来与大家一起分享一下“腌笃鲜”

腌笃鲜：





“笃”为沪语方言，意为：煮、炖，所以也可称之为，腌[肉]炖鲜[肉]
其主要原料有；咸肉、鲜肉；



竹笋、百页结……；



先将五花肉与咸肉过水定型再切成方型，汤锅入姜与肉同煮至汤白再最后加入百页结、竹笋段，喜欢的话最后加入点青菜，汤浓味醇，乃汤菜一绝之一。
《小提示，肉先过水成型再切，比先切再过水漂亮多多、最后汤好后尝味后再据情况入盐与否》
