简快腊肠意面

简快腊肠意面 -


很简单, 营养也够了,


橄榄油把洋葱, 红椒炒软, 放入熟的腊肠, 炒出油, 加磨菇炒干, 加番茄炒出汁, 再加入芦笋炒软, 倒入意面, 放盐, 胡椒, 一点辣椒面(red pepper flakes), fresh oregano, parmesan cheese. 就好了.

















孩子们放假啦, 这个星期儿子学校的冬季音乐会办得很成功, 他有三场表演, 感觉他也越来越成熟了. 真的很欣慰.

在这里呼吁中国的家长能尽量参加和支持学校的活动. 有时间多去学校尽义务, 加州学校经费削减, 人力和资力相当短缺, 尽量把慈善捐款专向学校.
